Ingredientes
- 500 g de queijo mascarpone
- 250 ml de café sem açúcar
- 125 g de açúcar
- 4 gemas e 2 claras
- 1 caixa de biscoitos champanhe
- 1/2 cálice de grappa (bagaceira, aguardente, vinho do Porto,etc.)
